DO NOT USE - Sent out my personal information to contacts without my consent

I scanned a business card using this app and immediately received a phone call from the person whose card I scanned. To find out what was happening, I scanned a colleagues card and they immediately received a text message from the kahoots app with all of my personal information - name, phone number, email. I consider this to be a MAJOR PRIVACY VIOLATION especially since I was not informed that a text would be sent with my information. No where in the description, FAQs or on their website do they mention that they will send out a text message with all of my personal information. If theyre sending out these automatic text messages, what else are they doing with my info and all of my contacts?
